If yes, join our HP Marketing Team in Central Europe, which encompasses 12 countries (incl. Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Greece, Israel, Poland, Czech Republic, and other Central European countries). You will report to the DACH Print Marketing Lead. Your day-to-day work will be a mix of work with marketing agencies, marketing peers at HP, work with other country functional managers and HP clients such as retailers and channel partners.
What Marketing Managers do at HP:
Transform the way marketing helps identify, define and pursue new pockets of growth opportunities
Deliver on set of business and brand objectives through measurable marketing activities
Drive global or local marketing campaign strategy, design and execution for B2B and B2C printing division
Collaborate with media and creative agencies
Manage marketing budget.
Create and sustain brand and business momentum in the market as you launch new or promote existing products and services, help open new routes to market and optimize our omnichannel execution.
Reinforce today's and tomorrow's consumers the joy of printing, stimulating usage, protecting and growing HP market share. Simultaneously, in the commercial space, you focus on accelerating profitable share growth through account-based marketing, content marketing and support our sales team via lead generation and pipeline acceleration programs.
Join us if you have:
Bachelor or master's degree, preferably within a marketing or business administration related fields
Passion about new technology in every aspect of your life.
7+ years of marketing experience and a proven track record in marketing with solid project and budget management skills; varying from business understanding to execution, driven by data and customer insights.
Digital B2C and B2B marketing experience, with deep knowledge and expertise in marketing principles, practices, tactics, and tools.
Expert knowledge of performance marketing: Search engine marketing, programmatic, Amazon advertising
Expert knowledge of social marketing, content marketing, media and advertising.
Experience translating business priorities into clear marketing strategies and objectives and comfortable applying customer insights to drive and manage effective marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Experience working for German (and possibly Austrian and Swiss) market
Strong analytical skill: experience with Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Amazon Analytics, Adobe Analytics
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Growth mindset, proactive, self-starter, can-do attitude.
Native German language skills and fluent English.
Travelling availability: up to 5% of the time.

Responsibilities
Lead Supplies Marketing strategy, planning and execution in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Build, align and execute marketing plans to contribute to print marketing objectives and to achieve business objective.
Align quarterly marketing plans with local supplies category management and routes to market (RTM)
Oversee initiatives performance measurement and maintain standardized KPI dashboards (with support of Marketing operations team)
Update local Product Management/Routes to market/Marketing lead on monthly (or quarterly) based – as per alignment
Manage media, creative, BTL, PR, etc. agencies
