Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Implements, manages, and problem-solves issues for an entire process or system of moderate to high complexity.
  • Consults with HR leaders to identify process improvements, ensure understanding and successful implementation of new processes, and works with HRIT to test process improvements.
  • Contributes to priority projects that impact employees at the country or regional level and may lead projects of moderate to high complexity.
  • Resolves most complex HR support cases and effectively manages and follows up on escalations.
  • Provides input on HR Operations transaction, reporting, support or content tools.
  • Leads internal HR outsourcing transitions of moderate to high complexity.
  • Provides support for MADO deals, including coordination, escalation and issue management.
  • Develops and delivers trainings for new processes, programs, and platform rollouts.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 4-6 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.
  • Experience in cross-functional areas, such as compensation, benefits, staffing, recruiting, or HRIT preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong level of process knowledge and expertise in back-end processes.
  • Strong general HR knowledge.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Strong ability to use productivity tools, HR systems and applications.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation.
  • Ability to recognize and effectively manage the consequences of a process.
