As Digital Marketing Manager for Consumer Personal Systems, you’ll join our high-growth business as a member of the DACH Marketing team (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), reporting to the Marketing Director. You’ll be defining, implementing and measuring data-driven, digital marketing campaigns – delivering hyper-targeted customer experiences that increase brand bondage and deliver business results.
The right person for this role is a digital marketeer with an agency- or industry-experience and passion for data, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by restless curiosity.
What You’ll Do:
Create, design and implement marketing campaigns that win the hearts and minds of consumers – and have a direct, measurable impact on both brand-metrics and market share.
Use data, apply predictive marketing analytics to segment and target prospects based on their propensity to buy. Leverage customer insights to define audience-specific value propositions and compelling reasons to act.
Play the entire funnel - from top-of-mind awareness through consideration and preference to the purchase of HP notebooks and desktop PCs at eTail- and Retail partners.
Assess the performance and return on marketing investment (ROMI) of campaigns
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing or related fields.
7+ years experience in consumer marketing with a major brand, ideally in FMCG, with a proven track record of driving growth.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including:
- search engine advertising (SEA) and search engine optimization (SEO). - social media marketing and social selling
Good Prioritization, project management and time management skills.
Experience in personal systems would be an advantage.
Very good communication and presentation skills.
German native speaker or excellent German language skills.
Fluent in English.

For this position, we offer an interesting salary package considering your qualification as well as your professional experience. We are obliged by law to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which amounts to € 31.976 gross per year (full-time) for this position.
