The Marketing Infrastructure team is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead Domain Governance & Site Compliance. This position requires experience with domain name architecture including the technical setup and management of DNS records as well as SSL encryption process. They should also have the ability to work across a variety of teams and manage a very large portfolio of domains. Equally, they should have the ability to speak technically to the IT organization to implement said changes while also being able to work with business teams to understand the process for domain setup and site configuration.

We're looking for the right combination of experience, attitude, flexibility, and enthusiasm for this role. This is an exciting opportunity as it is a lynchpin for the core infrastructure that powers all HP as it oversees all domains and ensures we are compliant. Being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask will be crucial to being successful in this integral position.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The Project Manager role requires experience with DNS and SSL Certificates including knowledge of setup and configuration.
  • This role requires a solid understanding of web infrastructure from a setup and architecture perspective.
  • Requires proven problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box to find creative solutions.
  • This role is responsible for evaluating new purchases, renewals, and deletions all in accordance with the brand and numerous stakeholders.
  • Responsible for all related financials including vendor statements of work and internal cross charging.

This person should have the following:

  • Experience with DNS setup and configuration and SSL certificates is required. 
  • Maintain a high degree of tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to effectively function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communications with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the company.
  • Exceptional organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, multitasking while meeting a variety of deadlines. Experience working with project management ticketing systems including Jira, Trello, or others is preferred.
