The Cloud Solutions Lab at HP delivers high performing global solutions. The Development Manager is key in leading the development team(s). Leading by example we can deliver optimized code and can help others too. Working with other global development teams can deliver production ready code on a continuous basis.

What are we looking for in a Development leader?

- You own the execution plan.
- You can communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
- You deliver quality products.
- You consistently look on how to improve the Agile (scrum) deliver process.
Education and Experience:
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 or more years of related work experience, including 1 year of people management experience in a team lead or manger role.
- Experience in an Agile Development environment.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript ,React, and Python.
- Experience with Git, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins in a CI/CD environment.
- Experience with JIRA.
