Media & Ad Tech Lead

主要职责:

  • 运用媒体数据支持配合效果营销团队和中国区营销团队达成业务和营销目标

  • 通过在BATJ 数据平台上的数据分析和数据建模来识别新的业务商机,提升营销投放效率
  • 通过数据可视化工具和报表自动化的技术手段提升效果团队的报告工作效率
  • 设计效果营销团队的数据架构和数字化规划方案, 通过与媒体合作伙伴和中国数字生态伙伴制定并测试可落地的营销活动,数据和技术创新。
  • 基于业务和营销目标支持效果营销团队的媒介计划,执行和优化方案。
  • 设计监测评估模型并产出数据洞察和分析报告
  • 支持管理层业务汇报,提供数据支持可落地优化方案

职能要求:

  • 在营销科学, 数据工程和数据分析领域有丰富经验,特别是在京东平台(京准通, 京东数访,京东商智等),阿里巴巴平台(阿里巴巴数据银行), 腾讯数据(广点通, 腾讯有数等)优先考虑; 熟练的数访的Data Lab建模经验
  • 熟悉中国BATJ数字生态,包括但不局限于这些平台上的数据法律法规,用户互相, 标签体系和运营平台。
  • 计算机科学,工程学,数学,统计学或相关行业的研究生或博士学历者优先
  • 熟练的商业智能,数据库读取和数据分析的实际操作经验以及代码编辑能力,例如:R, Python, SAS, SPSS, Tableau, SQL等。
  • 丰富的针对营销领域的独立建模经验, 例如: 基于分类,回归,归因的预测模型和分析,聚类分析等。
  • 理解业务和营销的策略,方法, 术语和模式。
  • 在阿里巴巴或者京东曾经有过数据挖掘或数据科学相关工作的工作经验者优先
  • 需要良好的与管理层的沟通技巧和经验
  • 团队创新的领导人,对于数据保持热忱和信仰

The Media Tech and Data Lead played a critical role in our Digital Marketing Transformation under media team in China.  S/He will support Performance Marketing team on digital innovation and advanced media operations to empower and extend the team’s capabilities to gain more effectiveness from media plan down to campaign execution cross eCommerce and Search channels. S/He will be the thought partner to business leadership team and expert for media data and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Closely collaborate with and support Performance Marketing Lead and Local Marketing team to achieve business objectives and marketing goals by using media publisher data platform.  
  • Develop and cultivate thought leadership with performance marketing team and the wider organization teams to explore and share new system, technologies and data governance.
  • Improve marketing activity effectiveness thru advanced analysis and data models with BATJ data platform to identify new business growth opportunity
  • Improve team efficiency thru data, processing and reporting automation by using visualization BI tools and new technology
  • Design performance marketing framework and digital transformation roadmap for performance team with actionable marketing programs, technologies and data readiness thru media partnerships and China digital ecosystem.
  • Support planning, execution and optimization of performance marketing programs against both business and marketing communication objectives
  • Design measurement frame work and create insightful automated dashboards and data
  • Support team to prepare executive presentation for business review; translate data to actionable optimization solutions

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as marketing science, data engineering and advanced analytics experiences with JZT, GDT, JD Data Mill, JD 商智, Alibaba Data Bank, Tencent Data Cloud, Baidu Ads platform is preferred; Master with 9N and Data Factory is mandatory
  • Expert with BATJ, including but not limited data policy, audience profile, taxonomy definition and operation platform.
  • MS/PHD in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics or related field or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth hands-on experience with BI, database and Analytics tools, e.g. R, Python, SAS, SPSS, Tableau, SQL, etc.
  • Extensive hands on experience on model design, e.g. regression model on analysis and prediction, RFM, cluster analysis, etc. 
  • Understand business and marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
  • Previously worked as data related functions at Alibaba or JD is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including conducting executive level presentations.
  •  Being an innovator and disruptor; always keep self-motivated, creative and collaborative.
