Your role would be to work as a Product Manager for the applications you own, as well as provide some project/program management for other initiatives. The focus is to increase Self-Solve product utilization by improving existing functionality and expanding into new areas.

1) Own expansion products and deliverables

  • HP Support Assistant Chromebook Product Manager: Working with UX, Experience, development and other Support teams, you will be responsible for product and feature definition, prioritization, and scheduling
  • Commercial Product Manager for deliverables to HP Support Assistant products (PC, Mobile, Chromebook): Define cross product Commercial features and prioritizations; Work with other product managers to develop roadmaps, then track, update, and communicate status.

2) Drive the maintenance of product asset documentation

3) Manage projects to increase self-solve utilization

  • Drive some of the major NPS improvement projects for your products as well as other Support products
  • Own Product Team part of messaging - approvals, tracking, and improvements to both the CSAT as well as revenue

Education and Experience Required:

  • BA/BS degree required, MA/MS/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration desired, Communications or Information Management and 10+ years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to lead / participate in global virtual teams, apply impact and influence.
  • 7-10 years’ experience in business strategy, change management and program management, including work specifically in the digital space, social, with a track record of increasing responsibility.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Program and project management expertise, ideally: PMP and CSM Certified
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to right-size team processes and structure to be efficient yet agile
  • Ability to work independently without direct authority over resources, across teams, vendors, partners
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, diverse, virtual global team.  Must have strong personal relationship skills.
  • Seniority and standing, comfortable in interacting on senior executive level (internal & external),
  • Good balance of strategic thinking and focus to details
  • Proven ability to interact and drive topics to completion in a complex environment
