Position Summary:
Assists with HP Fraud Prevention directives to include the risk model, analytics, internal systems, external solutions, and reporting. Provides data analytics support for the fraud detection and prevention of existing business. Supports implementation of new businesses or solutions into HP’s Payment Gateway solution or equivalent. Responsible for assisting in all enhancements for HP’s Fraud systems and solutions. Works directly with IT to drive quick resolution to system issues affecting HP’s Fraud system and solutions. Actively engages in the research, testing, and implementation of Fraud systems and solutions enhancements.
Knowledge:
Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.
Complexity and scope:
Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.
Supervision:
Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice to make decisions on complex business issues.
