In this role you will be part of our Kazakhstan sales team and Eastern Europe regional Commercial Organization. As part of our growth strategy in the country we are looking for Senior Sales Specialists with experience in direct/channel sales, as well as strong leadership skills. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding main business needs and representing HP
  • Engaging with partners/customers to understand delivery requirements
  • Serving as the expert for extremely complex information regarding product, services, and software transitions, promotions, and configurations
  • Establishing and maintaining business plans to promote sales growth
  • Achieving assigned quota for HP partners/customers
  • Creating, filling-in and managing HP funnel for deals with partners and transforming potential leads into joint sales activities
  • Actively engaging HP resources to build strategic relationships with the partner/customer which ensures long-term business opportunities for HP

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • 8+ years of selling experience in channel or end-user business environment
  • Strong account and project management skills
  • Good understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with key decision makers; aligning partner/customer and HP processes; and promoting HP programs and offerings
  • Out of the box thinking, always positive and can-do attitude
  • Strong negotiations skills on strategic, tactic and operational level
  • Developed leadership skills – Team Lead/Supervisor experience will be an advantage
  • University or Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in English language
