Joining HP in this role means joining a Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regional team of 30+ colleagues with a combined experience of over 450 years of industry experience who cooperate closely on a daily basis. The team has an informal culture and is keen on sharing knowledge and best practices. Aside from your international team, you will work closely with your local HP colleagues as well as your customers. Your customers may also request your availability in other locations for business & project reviews.
As an Account Delivery Manager, you will need to apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues. You are regarded as a subject matter expert to our customers and internally. You frequently contribute to the development of new ideas and methods and work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. You lead and/or provide expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Frequently you represent the organization to external customers/clients. You exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. Possibly you provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
