HP Priority Services are designed to enhance enterprise IT performance, work with our customers' IT staff around the world, and providing our priority customers organization with premium global support.

Joining HP in this role means joining a Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regional team of 30+ colleagues with a combined experience of over 450 years of industry experience who cooperate closely on a daily basis. The team has an informal culture and is keen on sharing knowledge and best practices. Aside from your international team, you will work closely with your local HP colleagues as well as your customers. Your customers may also request your availability in other locations for business & project reviews.

As an Account Delivery Manager, you will need to apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues. You are regarded as a subject matter expert to our customers and internally. You frequently contribute to the development of new ideas and methods and work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. You lead and/or provide expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Frequently you represent the organization to external customers/clients. You exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. Possibly you provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

Your responsibilities in this role may include:

  • Develop and nurture senior management relationships with the customer.
  • Own customer operational relationship develops & nurtures to excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customers at local, country, region & WW level to analyze delivery requirements & contribute to customer strategic business plan.
  • Develop strategies and processes with the customer in areas such as performance metrics and measure, escalation change management, and communication.
  • Principle contact for operational & tactical issues representing delivery of all services (all functions) to the customer: manages customer expectations by developing performance metrics & reporting, escalation management & communication plan.
  • Develop & manage the account service delivery plan. Contribution to strategic account plan.
  • May consult in presales & change order negotiations, representing & approving delivery capability & cost solution.
  • Negotiate with and manage 3rd party vendors contributing to contractual requirements.
  • Identify incremental revenue opportunities and supports pursuit activities.
  • Assure compliance with HP and customer's HR, PR, legal, financial, ethics and government-related policies, strategies, and processes.

Join us if you have:

  • Bachelor or master's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience (customer or partner management).
  • Multi-cultural and x-country experience desired ITIL/ITSM experience.
  • Project Management Experience or PMP certified.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Ability to build & manage strong customer relationships at the senior level.
  • Strong influence & negotiation skill.
  • Ability to apply business management, financial concepts & contracts knowledge to analyze business needs and develop recommendations.
  • Ability to understand & analyze an issue or problem to develop & implement a corrective action plan.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills: verbal, written.
  • Crisis & conflict management.
