As a Junior Inside Sales Representative for Personal Systems, you will work in the global environment together with the account general manager supporting one of our top customers.

What will your day consist of?

  • Provide inside sales support for global customers.

  • Contribute to the pipeline building by generating leads and referrals and building on existing HP business within the account.

  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative relationship with the client by developing an understanding of the client's unique business needs within their industry.

  • Support senior account managers by responding to customer requests.

  • Offer up-selling suggestions to account managers regarding new business opportunities within the account.

  • Work with the client, particularly with procurement and IT, on contract renewals and extensions.

  • Describe the benefits of solutions, services, products during the selling process.

  • Use value-added selling skills to propose additional products, services, and solutions to customer's businesses.

  • Work as a member of the Team in providing support and giving input regarding account opportunities.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor or master's degree obtained in the last 12 months.

  • Previous working experience within sales, inside sales, or customer-facing positions.

  • Experience with MS Office suite.

  • Previous working experience within an international environment.

  • Experience with virtual communication tools (like zoom, teams, skype)

Knowledge and Skills required:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Good presentation skills.

  • Fluent German and English language.

  • Passion for technology.

  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of project management methods.

  • Team playing skills.

  • Self-motivation, confidence, and fast learning skills.

  • Negotiation skills and ability to frame HP product value proposition.

  • Understanding of Personal Systems landscape.
