The Personal Systems Go To Market (GTM) Team are currently looking for a passionate, gaming obsessed marketer to lead and drive the global marketing gaming strategy. The GTM gaming lead will be on point to develop the global gaming end to end marketing efforts that enable our gaming devices, services and peripherals to expand their business goals and align with Worldwide Marketing strategic objectives to deliver maximum return on investment for marketing. This is a critical role to ensure the success of a key element in the consumer PC strategy.

If you are our Initiative Manager (Go To Market Marketing) in Singapore, you will have a chance to :

  • Partner and develop the overall 4P (Place, Promotion, Product, Price) plan alongside Commercial Organization & Worldwide (WW) marketing.
  • Translate the marketing plan into a WW initiative aligned to the WW Marketing and the 4P plan.
  • Ensure and drive the alignment of the funding element to the business goals and marketing objectives. 
  • Work with Sales (channel marketing) to ensure that the Initiative Marketing and Channel Marketing toolkits, objectives and implementation guidelines are fully aligned.
  • Partner with markets to ensure initiative success. Ensure alignment of strategy, provide direction, consult and best practices to help the reach/exceed their goals.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, help identify issues and provide support to problem solve critical challenges they face.
  • Set Global measures and targets for the initiative and cascade these targets to market level, in alignment with Commercial Product Manager and WW marketing.
  • Provide quarterly global initiative progress reports, summarizing the execution per market, results what’s working/not working and action plan to meet or exceed markets, including topline business results.
  • Work with markets to ensure they are on track to deliver Market KPIs and where necessary support markets to develop acceleration plans, including incremental funding requests to ensure initiative success.

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years marketing experience.
  • Industry, sales and/or channels experience. Mastery knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools and customer insights in specific industry or customer segments.
  • Mastery knowledge across marketing mix and vehicles.
