Analytics & Process Management

You are an experienced process manager with strong data analyst skills. You will support the  growth of HP business by crunching data and developing analysis to support business decisions making.

Responsabilities

Analytics and Tools Architect - Work with Program manager to identify areas of automation and improvements.

  • Develop and run day to day reports needed to drive the business.
  • Become the subject matter expert for our team of different sources of data available, data base, sharepoint, unstructured files, extracts, etc that can be leveraged to achieve our goals
  • Develop reports that
    • Improve visibility into the key operational metrics (Dashboards)
    • Improve visibility into business metrics  (Dashboards and Campaign reports)
  • Create ad hoc reports as required
  • Ensure all documentation is up to date and readily accessible
  • Be the engagement point with other Business Intelligence teams across the organization to coordinate activities.

Process Management

  • Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of medium to high complexity, and understand business/customer impact.
  • Establishes processes which are consistent with overall organization objectives and maintains process documentation.
  • Leads internal projects with medium to high complexity and risk, provides feedback on projects, and conducts post- project evaluations.
  • Represents the needs of the business, function, or region on an ongoing basis to drive process improvements.
  • Develop methodology and roadmap, formulate BI approach, define data gathering approach, developing and executing on the analysis and finally present outcomes to business stakeholders.
  • Communicates tactical process decisions and plans, project status, and issues and workarounds, in order to achieve alignment with relevant areas of the business, function, or region.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience in process/ project management
  • Strong aptitude for managing complex data
  • Strong background with databases and database architecture
  • Strong background in MS Excel, MS Access, MS SQL
  • Strong background Visual Basic and Macro creation
  • Background in Tableaux and/or PowerBI is a plus
  • Demonstrable ability to independently find solutions and drive success from trial and error
  • Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment with discussions occurring via telephone and desktop sharing
  • Ability to manage and organize your time, be detail oriented and deliver consistently on schedule
  •  Advanced English level is a must

Education and Experience Required:

  • University degree ( Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in a related field (Reporting, Analytics, IT, IT services/Call center, Process/ Project Management)
  • Proven work experience as a reporting specialist/ business analyst/ process manager
  •  Process quality improvement/ Project Management training and certification are a plus.
