Indigo’s business is multi-faceted, spanning industrial hardware sales, supplies annuities, maintenance & services and integrated partner solutions The business is inherently global, with customers spanning the world, making Indigo one of Israel’s top exporters.

We are looking for a great, seasoned strategic planner to define, drive & articulate Indigo’s business plans and growth trajectories for 2024 and beyond.

What will you do?

  • Help shape HP-Indigo’s long term business strategy – in it’s current markets and in future markets Indigo intends to enter, interacting closely with Indigo’s top management.
  • Identify, evaluate and build the strategic justification for new markets Indigo will enter
  • Construct business forecasts and analytical models for HP Indigo’s product portfolio – in support of financial and product planning cycles, and for focused strategic projects
  • Assist senior executives in making effective decisions by generating data based analysis relating to HP Indigo’s current and future business plans and market positioning.
  • Own Indigo’s market data infrastructure: Market sizing, market share, research and industry trends. Provide analysis and insight into significant business trends emanating from Indigo’s own install base data
  • Work directly and closely with HP’s strategy finctions to articulate Indigo’s strategy, goals and market positions, create standing relationships with main stakeholders and promoting Indigo’s strategic plans

Who will you be working with?

We are a small team (in a big organization), with a specific focus on Indigo’s future business & strategy, within HP-Indigo’s Strategy & Business Management group. The atmosphere is fast-paces, agile, open and fun.

Who are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Strategic Planner or Business Consultant – personally & directly driving successful C-level strategic planning. Experience in capital equipment or industrial markets a plus.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies and data analysis together with knowledge of real life business operations and procedures – deep understanding of the role long term planning has in a day-2-day business
  • Outstanding intellectual, strategic, analytical and problem-solving power
  • Excellent project management skills, including project structuring.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated leadership
  • Collaboration and effectiveness within the company culture – large, fast-paced Israeli high-tech, yet as a part of a US corporation
  • Experience in using Strategy and planning platforms (MS office excluded) a plus
