Supply Chain Customer Operations team (SCCO) is accountable for E2E order coordination from order receive, order validation and order fulfillment for HP commercial and consumer products across multiple Go-to-Market business.

Responsibility

  • Performs order entry per pre- defined processes.
  • Resolves open order (backlog) report issues of low to moderate complexity and reaches out to supply chain or factory to determine source of delay; communicates status and escalates issues to higher levels.
  • Helps resolve order management issues for all product lines using basic general subject matter knowledge.
  • Coordinates daily work activities; responsible for overall shift output and manages timelines.
  • Represents as a reliable partner to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure excellent in KPI. Zero Defect, Zero Delay, Zero Tolerance.
  • Maintaining documentation and records.
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities.

Experience required

  • 1~3 years of experience Supply Chain Operations or BPO related.
  • Certifications related to field preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Good communication skills. Fluency in Korean and English is preferred.
  • First level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Experience with SAP will be a plus.
  • Strong computer / software skills; good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  • Excellent multi-tasking ability with strong business acumen.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Developing teamwork skills.
  • Negotiation skills preferred.
  • Growth mindset.
