Develop and execute global demand generation strategies to attract new subscribers to HP’s SMB services and champion the customer buyer journey. This person will have advanced subject matter knowledge to complex go-to-market challenges in both direct to SMB and enterprise SMB marketing. They will be responsible for campaign initiatives that span multiple markets, channels, and media types including retail. The ideal candidate will have experience in both services and hardware and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing. They will be responsible for improving conversion rates in each step of the funnel across marketing channels. You will have strong technical experience with tools and tech to test, track, and measure growth-focused initiatives. Working cross-functionally with our marketing, data, web, software, and CRM teams, you will be the central hub of our marketing optimization efforts advocating for both our audiences as well as the growth of our channels.


  • Lead collaboratively cross-functional teams (Insights, Social, .com, Comms, Media, Search, local markets, NPI) to build marketing and audience strategy, channel playbooks, comms plans, and messaging to drive awareness, consideration and purchase intent for HP products/services/solutions offerings across markets. 
  • Lead the creation and execution of insights-led messaging frameworks and positioning for SMB direct and enterprise audience segments.
  • Manage agency relationships to deliver highest creative quality on time ensuring alignment to strategic brief and insights and optimization for each medium globally (.com, social, digital).
  • Plan and execute NPI launches in collaboration with markets, PR, comms, and NPI stakeholders
  • Work with cross-functional teams to meet market business goals and needs that are on strategy and align with the campaign narrative. Collaborate and align with other HP business units (PS, GSB, etc.) where applicable.
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops with markets and cross-functional teams and work to build consensus.
  • Lead out on the customer journey to ensure there are no gaps and the customer need states are met throughout journey to purchase and beyond to usage.
  • Create and deliver powerful executive level presentations that convey the global marketing campaign narrative
  • Manage efficiencies and timeliness across asset deliverables while driving for high ROMI
  • Employ campaign goals/benchmarks and measure results using appropriate marketing metrics and analytics.

Education and Experience Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in Consumer marketing with at least 2 years’ experience in SMB marketing
  • 3+ years in SaaS or other subscription service-related fields
  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field, MBA or similar preferred
  • Prior marketing experience and/or product/solution deployment

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must have experience working with creative agencies and producing digital, social, and thought leadership assets.
  • Mastery knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, efficient manner
  • Proven track record of agency management and 3rd party partners
  • Critical strategic thinking to write concise creative briefs for agency briefings and anticipate market needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build consensus and influence.
  • Flexibility and the ability to pivot when changes occur rapidly
  • In-depth understanding of worldwide, cross-geographic competitive environment.
