Under general supervision, support product testing in the development HyperX peripherals & software. Display a technical knowledge of HyperX's gaming and consumer electronics product lines and their applications into gaming PCs and consoles, notebooks, tablets, cell phones, and/or other handheld host devices. Have a passion for gaming and all things related, also up to date with the newest gaming tech.
Analyze and identify product related technical problems and recommend corrective action to resolve issues. Thoroughly document and maintain testing records. Perform tests to duplicate and solve product problems with caution. Perform other related work as required. Co-work with the development teams such as designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure insights are understood and implemented. Conduct new product technical training to Marketing and Customer Support groups Communicate and work with 3rd party testing services. Familiar with Social Media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, and Enthusiast forums would be a plus. Understanding of social communication through public channels.
If you're Product Specialist in HyperX Technical Resource Group, you will

provide support to the functions mentioned above. Look for opportunities to go above and beyond expected service levels.

support product testing in the development of HyperX peripherals and software. Maintaining ownership of and provide follow up to development teams includes DE/MDE/SW.

support on assisting the field test group and focus group for products in development if need. Key responsibilities for this part include support the requirement from CIG (Consumer Insight Group) and communicating with group participants, creating surveys, compiling feedback, and relaying issues back to HyperX CIG for review.

Ensure all communication is clearly documented, accurate and appropriate, using test case management system and issue track system.

Maximize opportunities to learn about company products and related industry hardware and software products. Take initiative to self-study to acquire new skills or platform enhancements.

Possess a high degree of self-management and be disciplined enough to accomplish tasks autonomously. Communicate with Management openly.

Support APAC Customer Service and Technical Support, Sales, Marketing and Public Relations (PR) as their escalation point and offer training sessions for upcoming new product if needed.
We're looking for talent with

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
-
2+ years experiences in the relevance of computer or mobile hardware industry, familiar with software test would be better.

Able to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Hands-on experience listening and responding to inquiries for a tech or gaming brand.

Software and hardware troubleshooting skills will be required, as well as familiarity with operating systems and mobile applications.

Operate personal computer to utilize word processing and spreadsheet application programs. Strong verbal and writing skills for providing feedback to co-workers and other staff members via phone, chat, and email. Self-motivated and continue to build technical knowledge in HyperX products field. Excellent problem-solving skills, good communication and coordination skills between internal & external.
