The Services Delivery Organization offers Managed Services & Solutions to Enterprise and Corporate customers combining HW, Supplies, Financing and Services in a Managed Print Services (MPS) offering.
We are looking for a working student to support the HP Service Delivery team in Switzerland.
In this interesting position you act as the single point of contact for the customer for all operational topics. You will be working closely with the account manager to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth operation of their printing fleet.

As Working Student in the Service Delivery organization, you will have the following responsibilities:

Support the account managers in their daily work

Handle the escalation management
-
Consult customers on new products and services

Prepare customer reviews
-
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Data analytics
Education and Experience Required:
- Finished IT or commercial apprenticeship
Knowledge and Skills Required:
-
Fluency in German and good knowledge in English is required to fulfill this role

Tech-Savvy

Interest in IT industry

Additional requirement for this position: as working student it is required to do studies or a further education beside working at HP
