HP is seeking a Senior Enterprise Integration Architect to lead our digital transformation effort. This individual will be part of Enterprise Integration IT team and responsible for Integration Transformation project.
Responsibilities
- Promote team use of design principles and guidelines, reference architectures, integration technologies, standards and reusable assets that meet security, compliance, and business requirements.
- Assist development teams with adoption and implementation of best practices using modern design tools and automation to achieve data migration and integration in support of major projects and integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with ERP Architects, Data Architects, other architect roles and Technical Leads to ensure optimal integration solution architecture and design for IT projects.
- Develop integration reference architectures based on proven integration patterns to ensure loosely coupled and resilient integration.
- Drive and coordinate the technical execution of shared enterprise integration services.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies in support of integration architecture efforts and recommend processes and technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and integration capabilities.
- Provide integration architecture thought leadership for highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge across multiple specialized architecture domains.
- Identify ways to increase employee knowledge and skills to support future growth.
Qualifications
- Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years' related experience or a master’s degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience.
- 10+ years of information technology systems design and planning experience in systems, applications, or architecture.
- At least five years of leadership experience, extensive technical skills, and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of an entire line of business or infrastructure sub-domain required.
- Extensive MuleSoft as iPaaS and APIM experience required.
- Extensive Mulesoft RTF in AWS and Cloud hub implementation experience required.
- Experience with SOA and API Integration architectures and patterns, REST/JSON SOAP, WSDLs and XSDs Messaging/Publish-Subscribe asynchronous patterns.
- Experience with Enterprise Messaging platforms like WebSphere MQ, Active MQ, JMS, or Kafka.
- Experience with Oauth2 patterns and implementation.
- Experience in Public Cloud platforms and associated cloud services, event-driven architecture, DevOps patterns and tooling, container management platforms and configuration, data modelling, network fundamentals, financial systems integration and/or implementation.
- Experience with UML, BPMN, or preferably, ArchiMate modelling notations.
- Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly engineering and development teams.
- Ability to apply technology solutions using Agile Design Principles to solve complex business problems and communicate solutions effectively.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
