Maia joined HP’s Inclusive Work Program in Palo Alto a year and a half ago, and she’ll tell
you exactly what it means to her: it’s a place where she has work she loves and friends to
talk to. As part of the IWP team, she contributes to IR planning and quality assurance processes alongside her colleague Rohan — work she describes as genuinely hers, done with independence and pride.
